Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nameless Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruised Rib Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruised Rib Aldo is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nameless Fighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bruised Rib Aldo!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter lands a nice hook to Aldo's body. Aldo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Nice jab there from Fighter.
Aldo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Nameless Fighter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Fighter. No joy for Aldo on that attempt.
Fighter with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Fighter connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Fighter lands a jab to Aldo's midsection.
Fighter misses with a looping left.
Aldo with the counter takedown but Fighter avoids it easily.
Aldo fails with a takedown attempt.
Fighter cracks Aldo with an open hand slap.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Aldo tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Aldo on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Aldo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fighter tries to avoid it but Aldo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fighter to the ground. Fighter escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nameless Fighter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruised Rib Aldo.
A jab from Fighter finds it's way through Aldo's defenses.
Aldo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fighter defends well and Aldo ends up having to push Fighter into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Fighter went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Aldo gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fighter to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Fighter is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Aldo wants to stand but Fighter is controlling the position.
Fighter sitting in guard, not really doing much.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fighter stays in close to Aldo's body and controls the position.
Aldo wants to stand but Fighter is controlling the position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Aldo shoots in but no luck this time.
Fighter pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Fighter connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
We've been informed that Aldo has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Fighter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fighter stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fighter wants it to stay on the feet.
Fighter connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Aldo moves out of range as Fighter strikes.
Aldo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fighter's waist but Fighter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aldo off to one side.
Aldo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fighter swivels and escapes.
Fighter looks to score with a jab to the body but Aldo is just out of range.

Aldo moves out of range of the strikes.
Fighter tests Aldo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fighter misses with an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nameless Fighter dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.



Fighter moves into the clinch successfully.
Aldo tries to pull guard but Fighter holds him up against the cage and eventually Aldo drops back down to his feet.

Fighter is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Aldo can do to turn this around?
Aldo wants to get back to his feet but Fighter is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Fighter throws a shot from downtown. Aldo moves away and avoids it.
Fighter slaps away a takedown attempt from Aldo, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Fighter bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Aldo's head backwards.
It looks like Fighter has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

Aldo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Fighter leaves Aldo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Aldo misses with a takedown attempt - Fighter sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Fighter throws an overhand right that lands on Aldo's shoulder, as Aldo tries to avoid the shot.

Aldo is still on wobbly legs! Can Fighter finish him?
Fighter throws a shot to the body.
Fighter steps in with a hook that catches Aldo right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Fighter follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Aldo looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nameless Fighter!
A relieved looking Nameless Fighter thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
