Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Martin drops Miroslav with a beautiful combination! Miroslav stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Martin is looking for the KO!

Miroslav is rocked!

It looks like Mirko Miroslav has been cut.
Nice takedown defense from Martin. No joy for Miroslav on that attempt.
Oh Miroslav is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Martin makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Martin rushes Miroslav and presses him up against the cage.
Miroslav is trying to force a seperation but Martin has the dominant position.

Martin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Let's hope that Martin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Martin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Miroslav is looking to stand up but Martin isn't so interested in that idea.

Miroslav tries to close the distance and clinch up but Martin swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Martin is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Miroslav pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Miroslav jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Martin walks away with a smile on his face. Miroslav gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Martin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Miroslav's waist but Miroslav gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Martin off to one side.

Martin connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Martin shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Martin was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Martin is staying active underneath Miroslav, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Martin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Martin throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Miroslav has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Miroslav shoots for a double leg takedown but Martin sprawls well. He's pushed Miroslav's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Martin or perhaps it was just good defense by Miroslav, which made it look bad.

Jackson Martin is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Martin slaps away a takedown attempt from Miroslav, before circling back to the center of the mat.
