Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dick Ding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hades Hug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ding comes to the cage accompanied by Mortal Kombat. Hug comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Animal I Have Become kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Hug, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ding tries to counter by clinching up but Hug breaks away and moves out of range.
Hug misses with the combination.
Ding misses with a jab, cross combination.

Ding leaves Hug with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hug rushes Ding with punches - Ding moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Ding goes down! Hug follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Hades Hug decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
