The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Brezze looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Despite the aggression on Gasanov's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Gasanov lands the left hand.

Brezze is rocked!
Mamed Gasanov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck for Brezze with that takedown attempt.
Oh Brezze is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gasanov throws a series of punches but Brezze moves out of range.
Brezze will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gasanov walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Brezze drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Gasanov swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Brezze's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
