Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tad Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Last King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: i just want it all. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tad Sanders!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Last King!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sanders napping and manages to drive through into side control!
King looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Sanders is avoiding damage well.
Sanders parries the strikes from King easily there. King is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Sanders to escape.

Sanders bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
King misses with a double jab.
As King tries to get set, Sanders tries to push him back and clinch up but King manages to avoid the attempt.
King tries to score with a low kick but Sanders moves his leg out of the way.
Last King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

King shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Sanders really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
This has been an exciting period of action!
King keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

King stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Sanders to get to his feet.

King closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sanders's guard.
King trying to move into half guard but instead Sanders has managed to sweep!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Sanders decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Sanders drives through with a takedown into guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if King can do anything to dispel that myth.
King looks winded!
Sanders stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. King swivels though and keeps the full guard.

King is trying to control the position but Sanders postures up.
King wants to improve his position but instead Sanders has moved into half guard.
King wants to get back to his feet.
King wants to sweep but Sanders has passed to side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
King is trying to improve his position.

Sanders controls the position.

Sanders decides to stand up, so the ref orders King to his feet.
King misses with a body shot

and Sanders counters with a takedown into side control.
Sanders controls the position from side control.

Sanders stands up and we're back to a striking position.

King looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Sanders is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. King presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sanders lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down King.
King prevents Sanders from breaking the clinch.

King gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Sanders is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! King has his hands clasped together but Sanders extends and breaks King's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Sanders.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Tad Sanders!
The defeated Last King had this to say: 'first of all thanks for the MMATycoon community for having me here., and to the fans., uhmm to my opponent he's just got lucky today., i want a rematch'.
