Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lester Burt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vincent Sanders has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Lester Burt's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lester Burt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vincent Sanders!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burt circles away from the clinch attempt
enabling Burt to counter with a crisp jab.

Sanders is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Burt's half guard.
Sanders is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Sanders's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Burt manages to get to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sanders throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Burt to regain full guard.

Sanders is working Burt over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Sanders stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Burt swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sanders pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Burt is keeping the position for now.
Sanders is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Burt fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Burt has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sanders is working away from the top position though.

Sanders working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Burt is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Burt takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Sanders has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

You can see the frustration on Burt's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Burt tries to bench press Sanders off him but Sanders keeps the position.

Vincent Sanders showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Burt's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!


Burt throws a combination. Sanders tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Burt throws a head kick but Sanders moves out of range.

Burt is trying to control Sanders's posture but Sanders avoids it.

Sanders wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Burt, who protects the arm well.
Vincent Sanders is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
