Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Seth Breese!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Omid Babak!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Babak looking to score a takedown here. Breese is defending well but Babak drives through and ends up in Breese's guard.
Babak sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Babak preventing the sweep.

Breese looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Babak is pushing down on Breese's leg trying to pass to half guard. Breese is fighting to maintain full guard but Babak has managed to sneak the leg through.
Breese moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Babak stopping the sweep attempt from Breese.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Breese has momentary wrist control but Babak slips an elbow through the middle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Babak looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Breese definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Babak's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Breese wants to sweep but no luck.

Breese has his foot on Babak's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Babak works his way back into a safe position though.
Babak stays in close to Breese's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Babak won't allow Breese to sweep him here.
Babak stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Breese swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Babak scoring with some ground and pound.
Breese wants to improve his position but instead Babak has moved into half guard.
Babak wants to pass the guard but Breese is defending well.

Babak in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Breese tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Babak!
