Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kiko Pugo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Clarke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Clarke is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kiko Pugo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ben Clarke!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clarke manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Pugo on his heels. He'll look to pass Pugo's guard now, I'm sure.
Clarke has gone for a leg lock! Pugo slips out almost immediately though and dives into Clarke's guard.
Pugo passes Clarke's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Clarke is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pugo pulls his head out easily.
Clarke is positioning himself well to prevent Pugo advancing to mount.
Clarke gets full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Clarke is on top in guard.
Clarke drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Clarke jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Clarke is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Clarke stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Pugo looks to clinch
and Clarke counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Clarke in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Pugo tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Clarke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ben Clarke!
