PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Anton Altair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Dasklov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Altair kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Assassin's Creed. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Altair fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dasklov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Altair throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Altair listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Dasklov avoids the head kick by Altair.
A left lands for Altair.
Dasklov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Altair as he jumps to the side.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dasklov moves forwards but Altair connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Dasklov was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Dasklov tries to clinch but Altair is having none of it.

Altair uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dasklov has time to react.
Dasklov is still on wobbly legs! Can Altair finish him?

Altair sets himself, and Dasklov steps forward looking for the clinch! Altair avoids it this time.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Dasklov! But no joy.

Altair closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Dasklov! Altair dives in looking to finish! Dasklov is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
