Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Richard Wilson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wilson clinches up against the cage.
Joyner wants to get back to striking at distance but Wilson won't allow it.

Wilson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Joyner closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Nice body punch from Wilson.
Wilson tries to pull guard but Joyner holds him up against the cage and eventually Wilson drops back down to his feet.

Joyner has had enough of the clinch but Wilson keeps him there for the moment.

Joyner has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wilson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Wilson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Joyner is adopting a defensive guard.
Wilson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Joyner is striking from the bottom but Wilson uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.

Richard Wilson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well Wilson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
