Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kent Teach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dion Dupree (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teach comes to the cage accompanied by Mouth for War. Dion Dupree will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dion Dupree!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teach scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Teach is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Dupree's shoulder. That is not cool.
Dupree is looking for a sweep.
Dupree is not content to let Teach control the position.
Dupree manages to work his way to half guard, despite Teach's best efforts.
Teach knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dupree on the ground.
Teach tries to pass to full mount but Dupree defends it.

Dupree is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dupree won't allow Teach to pass to mount.
Teach takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Teach tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dupree knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Teach throws a strike but Dupree rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Dupree stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Teach swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Teach managing to control the position.
Teach wants to get back to his feet but Dupree is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Teach is adopting a defensive guard.
Teach might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Dupree tries to free his leg and advance position but Teach is retaining full guard.

Teach utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Dupree avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Teach shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dupree's guard.
Teach stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dupree swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dupree is looking for a triangle but Teach pushes his legs off easily.
Dupree is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Dupree takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Dupree is breathing heavily.
Dupree tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Teach fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dupree sprawls well initially but Teach persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Teach content to control rather than advance.
Teach blocks the strikes from Dupree.
Teach tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Dupree.

Dupree wants to sweep but Teach has passed to side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dupree has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Teach. Oh but Dupree has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Teach goes limp - he's gone! Dupree jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
