Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Gable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vato Loco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gable kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pelican - Mammoth. Nelson Gable had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gable closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Loco on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Gable lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Gable looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Loco with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gable connects with a nice short shot to Loco's temple.
Gable is nestled in close to Loco, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Gable lands a big elbow - Loco is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Gable!

During a confident post fight interview, Nelson Gable thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
