The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cunha gets caught flat footed, as Davison shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Cunha bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Davison's guard.

Davison escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cunha gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Despite being in the dominant position, Chris Davison just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Davison throws a nice looking combination but Cunha bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
