Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dale Denton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jill Lauren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Denton comes to the ring accompanied by Electric Avenue. The crowd seem to be enjoying Lauren's choice of entrance music: Crazy. Jill Lauren will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denton keeps the fight on the outside.

Lauren clinches with his opponent.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Lauren.

Lauren's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lauren looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Denton tries to counter with a takedown but Lauren is quick to defend against it.
Lauren tries to close the distance and clinch up but Denton swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Denton half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Lauren pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lauren closes the distance and pushes Denton back into the ropes.
Denton has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lauren avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Lauren lands a right hand that snaps the head of Denton backwards.

Denton breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lauren has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Denton feints and as Lauren raises his hands in defense, Denton changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Lauren wants to stand and escape but Denton is having none of it.

Denton is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lauren is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lauren has escaped and now he's on top!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lauren has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Denton is proving hard to escape from.

Denton is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Lauren rolls with it to try and escape but Denton cranks on the arm and Lauren is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
