The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Face darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Carvalho fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
A lazy left from Face finds it's target.
Face throws out a powerful jab.
Face blocks the body kick.
A little feinted left hand from Face on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Face with a nice cross.
Face throws a body shot but no joy.
Face lands a lovely overhand right.
Carvalho will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Carvalho tries a head kick but it misses.
Face slips a jab and a cross from Carvalho.
Carvalho fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Face avoids it really well and circles away.
It looked like Face wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Angel Face has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arthur Carvalho.

Face lands with a cross.
Face throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Angel Face seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Face throws a low kick but it's checked well by Carvalho.
Face scores with a nice right hand.

Face cracks Carvalho with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Carvalho looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Face finish him?

Carvalho is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Carvalho walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Face swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
