Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Togi Makabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and El Ka Bong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Makabe's entrance music is Immigrant Song. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Bong's choice of entrance music: ULTRAMAGNETIC MCs - Ego Trippin. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Damien Edna and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makabe lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
It looks like El Ka Bong has been cut.
Bong tries to clinch but Makabe moves out of range.
Bong throws a series of punches but Makabe avoids them all with ease.
Bong tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Makabe counters with a left to the body.
Makabe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bong.
Bong throws a big shot that misses.
Makabe clinches.
Makabe lands a damaging elbow.
Makabe lands a nice knee to the body.
Bong looks winded!
Makabe crunches a lovely knee into Bong's ribcage.
Makabe connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bong's face.
That has opened up El Ka Bong's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Makabe obliges.
Makabe lands a knee to the body.
Makabe putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Bong in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Makabe landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Makabe connects with a knee to the head.
A body shot lands from Makabe.
Makabe lands a nice uppercut.

Makabe works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Bong is rocked!
The cut above El Ka Bong's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Bong takes a knee right on the jaw!
Bong is still on wobbly legs! Can Makabe finish him?
Makabe stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Makabe pushes Bong back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Makabe lands a nice shot to the body.
Makabe digs a right hand underneath Bong's ribcage. Bong let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Makabe working the clinch nicely. Bong is working for position but Makabe cracks him with a big knee to the head! Bong crumples up against the cage and Makabe lands two more shots before the ref can save Bong! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee & Punches). Togi Makabe!
A relieved looking Togi Makabe thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
