The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicente throws a right and a left that both miss.
Felicito Vicente seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vicente misses with a left hand
and Vovchanchyn counters with a nice uppercut.
Vicente drops his hands momentarily and Vovchanchyn takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Good work by Vicente as he checks the leg kick.

and Vicente counters with an outside leg kick.
Vicente lands a leg kick that knocks Vovchanchyn off balance momentarily.
Vovchanchyn swings widly with a right hand
and Vicente counters with a low kick, right behind Vovchanchyn 's knee.
Vicente misses with a double jab.
Vovchanchyn lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Vicente lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Vovchanchyn has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Vovchanchyn and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Vovchanchyn throws a lazy right hand but Vicente sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Vicente throws a head kick but Vovchanchyn moves out of range.
Vicente throws a series of punches but Vovchanchyn avoids them all with ease.

Vicente moves into the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vicente keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Vovchanchyn's efforts to push away.
Vicente avoids the elbow strike from Vovchanchyn, against the cage.
Vicente tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Vovchanchyn's elbow.

Vovchanchyn has had enough of the clinch but Vicente keeps him there for the moment.
Vicente misses with a punch to the body.
Vovchanchyn blocks a body shot from Vicente.
Vicente tries to pull guard but Vovchanchyn won't allow it.
Vovchanchyn looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Vovchanchyn breaks the clinch.
Vovchanchyn pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Vicente back to the cage. Vovchanchyn follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Vicente connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Vicente misses with a series of wild punches.
Vovchanchyn lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Vicente doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Vicente fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Vovchanchyn has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Sloppy strikes from Vovchanchyn. Those never looked like landing.

Vovchanchyn pivots, looking for a leg kick but Vicente is out of range and Vovchanchyn settles back down.
Vicente was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Vicente lands with a nice body kick.

Vovchanchyn lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Vicente falls backwards - clearly groggy! Vovchanchyn dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
