The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mechanics fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mechanics shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Harlow but Harlow pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mechanics ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Harlow moves away.

Harlow changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mechanics looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Harlow wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mechanics keeps working.
Mechanics is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Harlow trying to control the position but Mechanics is working away.

Harlow is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mechanics knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Harlow grinds an elbow into Mechanics's temple.

Mechanics gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Mechanics is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Harlow goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Mechanics is on top in guard.
Harlow wants to sweep but no luck.

Harlow looking for a guillotine here but Mechanics defends easily.
Harlow trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Mechanics wants to control from the top but Harlow keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Harlow is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Mechanics rolls with it to try and escape but Harlow cranks on the arm and Mechanics is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
