Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Boisvert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Clark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, David Boisvert!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
It looks like David Boisvert has been cut.
Clark throws a right hand that Boisvert ducks under and follows up with a left that Boisvert also avoids with ease.
Boisvert keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Clark.
Boisvert shoots in looking for a takedown. Clark tries to sprawl out of it but Boisvert keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Clark manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Clark throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Boisvert tries to close the distance and clinch but Clark swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Boisvert slips a jab and a cross from Clark.
Clark avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Clark misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Boisvert throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Clark's waist but Clark gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boisvert off to one side.
Clark lands a lovely overhand right.
Boisvert uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Clark.
Boisvert rushes Clark and presses him up against the cage.
Clark lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Boisvert changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Clark fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Joe Clark has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Boisvert.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boisvert shoots in for a double leg but Clark sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Clark connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Boisvert to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Clark!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Joe Clark!
