The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakayama shoots in for a double leg but Fujiwara sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Fujiwara scores with a one two! Nakayama had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Nakayama shoots in but Fujiwara avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nakayama shoots in looking for a takedown. Fujiwara tries to sprawl out of it but Nakayama keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fujiwara manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Fujiwara lands a big uppercut and Nakayama crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Nakayama looks OK. Fujiwara waves Nakayama back to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nakayama is holding his hands too far apart here. Fujiwara throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Nakayama is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
