Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Green!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green lands a body shot.
Mike Green seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hull avoids the head kick by Green.
Hull seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Green shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Green seems to be looking for submissions.

Green seems to be working for a kimura but Hull defends the submission attempt.
Hull is trying to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Green lands with a punch from half guard.

Green is working for a kimura but Hull is defending it quite comfortably.

Hull is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Green pulls his head out easily.

Hull tries to get to full guard but Green has control of the leg.

Hull really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Green is working for a kimura but Hull is defending it quite comfortably.
Green tries to stand but can't do so whilst Hull controls his leg.
Hull misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Green looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Green tries to stand and escape but Hull is controlling the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Green scores with a takedown into Hull's guard.
Green is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Hull throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Hull looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hull is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.


Green with the active half guard here but Hull passes nicely into side control.
Green is trying to improve his position.

Hull decides to stand up, so the ref orders Green to his feet.

Green clinches.

Green has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Hull clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Green is looking to control Hull but Hull is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Hull is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Hull prevents Green from getting a body triangle.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Green is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Hull is trying to break free.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Hull pushes Green off looking to stand but Green dives back in and keeps control.

Green wants to take a breather but Hull is having none of it.

Green moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Hull.

Hull trying to remain calm as Green controls from the top position.

Hull manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Green looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Green sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Hull tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Green tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Hull wants to get back to full guard but Green has passed into side control.
Hull prevents Green from improving position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Green working the head and body with strikes.

Green decides to stand back up.

Green fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hull to the ground. Green is now in Hull's guard.
Hull wants to sweep here but Green controlling him for the moment.
Hull has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Green has passed into side control.
Hull is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Green wants to stand but Hull is controlling his arm.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hull tries to bench press Green off him but Green keeps the position.
Green wants to stand but Hull is controlling his arm.
Green trying to control the position but Hull is working away.
Green has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Hull is looking to reverse the position.
Green is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Hull's shoulder. That is not cool.

Green wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hull, who protects the arm well.

Green is trying to get an arm triangle but Hull is defending well.
Green avoids the strikes from the bottom by Hull.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Green tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Green controlling the position from side mount.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Hull scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hull misses with a takedown attempt
and Green counters with a left and a right that stings Hull.


Hull is rocked!

Hull tries to keep at a distance but Green has taken the fight into the clinch.
Oh Hull is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Green pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Green misses with a double jab.

Green is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Hull is in big trouble! Green is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Hull. Poor guy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Mike Green!
