The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Filipovic drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Filipovic stands up.
Dickinson closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Dick Dickinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dickinson throws a sloppy head kick and Filipovic moves out of range easily.

Filipovic scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Filipovic is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dickinson defends it well.

Dickinson is defending against the submission attempts here by Filipovic.

Dickinson moves in looking to clinch but Filipovic pushes him off.
Filipovic lands with a hook. Dickinson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Dick Dickinson has been cut.

Dickinson takes an elbow to the forehead.
Dickinson tries to score a body lock takedown but Filipovic shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Dickinson goes for a takedown in the clinch but Filipovic prevents it.

Filipovic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

A head kick by Filipovic - that's a beauty! Dickinson is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Filipovic can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
