Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Muller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarno Jokela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarno Jokela will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muller tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jokela defends well and Muller ends up having to push Jokela into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jokela scores with a shot to the body.
Jokela is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Muller.
Jokela throws out a loose jab but Muller uses good head movement to avoid it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jokela parries the strikes from Muller easily there. Muller is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Jokela to escape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jokela is working to avoid the ground and pound but Muller connects with a decent elbow.

Jokela really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Muller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Muller is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Jokela will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Jokela stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Muller looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jokela is fending him off so far but Muller persists. Nope, Jokela circles away and we're back to standing.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Muller accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Muller is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Jokela might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Jokela throws a lazy right hand but Muller sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Muller cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

A big strike lands for Muller! That's really hurt Jokela and he's turned his back - Muller keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Muller jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
