Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Augustine Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Zu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zu tries for a takedown but Bradshaw circles away easily
and Bradshaw counters with a straight right hand.

Bradshaw got a little sloppy there for a moment and Zu has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bradshaw has managed to get both his arms back between Zu's legs - danger averted.

Zu manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bradshaw manages to get himself to full guard.

Zu is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Zu drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zu jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Zu controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Bradshaw tries to roll over but Zu keeps him under control.

Bradshaw tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zu paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Zu drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bradshaw defends it well.

Horrible takedown attempt by Zu or perhaps it was just good defense by Bradshaw, which made it look bad.

Bradshaw shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Zu is trying to defend but Bradshaw finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Bradshaw knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zu on the ground.
Zu has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bradshaw is working away from the top position though.

Bradshaw will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Zu is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bradshaw pulls his head out easily.
Bradshaw throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Bradshaw looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Zu with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bradshaw lands a nice short elbow.
It looks like Bradshaw is going to stand back up.
