Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Thiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ariel Piechocki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Piechocki has chosen Thunder as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piechocki misses with a low kick as Thiago jumps back.
Piechocki throws a nice head kick!

It looks like Jorge Thiago has been cut.

and Thiago counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Piechocki stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Thiago.
Piechocki throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Piechocki throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Piechocki throws a right and a left that Thiago avoids nicely.
Thiago connects with a good right hand that stumbles Piechocki. Piechocki circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Piechocki tries to bum rush Thiago with a series of wild strikes but Thiago uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Piechocki tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Thiago is looking to counter punch.

and Thiago counters with a crisp one two that drops Piechocki! Thiago thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Piechocki to his feet! Piechocki is in big trouble!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Thiago counters with a huge left! Piechocki is in big trouble! He's backing up but Thiago isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Piechocki from any more damage. A dominating finish by Thiago!
