The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yakubu throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Kunzler changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Yakubu looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Yakubu is trying to control Kunzler's posture but Kunzler avoids it.
Yakubu tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kunzler wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kunzler.

so Kunzler counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Kunzler is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Yakubu has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kunzler is looking to defend but Yakubu has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kunzler! Yakubu pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kunzler taps out and this one is all over!
