The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waxin throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Waxin defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Williams .
Williams tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Waxin is able to avoid easily.
Williams shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Waxin defends it nicely.
A head kick misses from Waxin.
Williams dives in and grabs Waxin's left leg, looking for a takedown. Waxin pushes down on Williams 's head and hops out.
Waxin steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Waxin lands a head kick. Williams smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Bo Waxin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Waxin.
Williams doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Waxin counters with a head kick. That will keep Williams thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Williams shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Waxin as he jumps to the side.

Good leg kick by Waxin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Williams misses with a takedown attempt - Waxin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Demarius Johnson Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Waxin fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Williams has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Waxin throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Waxin turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Williams tries to clinch up but Waxin circles away and keeps his distance.

Waxin looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Williams sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Waxin thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Williams if he has to take too many more of those.

Waxin feints a jab and as Williams dips his head, Waxin unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Williams right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Williams falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Waxin smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
