Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jemmy Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Hare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peter Hare is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jemmy Dean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Peter Hare!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean has his takedown stuffed
and Hare counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Jemmy Dean has been cut.
Hare checks a leg kick nicely.
Hare misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hare throws a head kick that misses.
Dean tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Hare manages to circle out of the way.
Dean fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hare, pushing him back against the cage.
Hare wants to break the clinch but can't.
Dean stalling the fight.
Dean is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hare is defending well for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hare manages to break the clinch.
Dean shoots in but Hare avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hare throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Peter Hare seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dean dodges the punch combination from Hare.
Dean seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hare throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dean avoids the body shot from Hare.
Dean appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Hare takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hare tries to bum rush Dean with a series of wild strikes but Dean uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hare throws a hook but Dean avoids it easily.
Dean looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Dean won't allow Hare to get back to his feet.
Hare avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dean is stalling in the full guard.

Hare is looking to stand up but Dean isn't so interested in that idea.
Dean wants to control from the top but Hare keeps moving.
Dean in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Hare working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dean.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Hare pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dean throws a counter high kick but Hare was just alert enough to avoid it.

Dean misses with a hook.
Dean tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hare swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jemmy Dean. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hare misses with a lunging right hand
and Dean counters with a takedown into side control.
Dean is looking to take a break and control but Hare is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dean cracks Hare with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Dean is working to tighten his grip on Hare's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hare has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Dean is really squeezing tight and eventually Hare passes out! Dean breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
