Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shelby Graham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takorkor Aoror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shelby Graham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Takorkor Aoror!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Aoror closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Graham wants to control but Aoror postures up.
Graham regains half guard.
Graham regains full guard. Nicely done.

Aoror avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Graham working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Aoror doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Aoror manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Aoror would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Graham is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Aoror tries to kick Graham off in order to stand up. Graham Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Aoror is not content to let Graham control the position.
Aoror tries to bench press Graham off him but Graham keeps the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Graham has control of an arm but Aoror manages to advance to Graham's back!

Graham gets to his feet - Aoror follows without any prompting.
Aoror feints a jab promting Graham to slip. Aoror then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Graham slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.


It looks like Shelby Graham has been cut.
A head kick misses from Aoror.
Graham tries to score a power double leg takedown but Aoror sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Graham somewhat.
Aoror is looking for the big counter here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Aoror closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Graham works his way to full guard. Good work.

Aoror really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Graham. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Aoror got a little sloppy there for a moment and Graham has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Aoror has managed to get both his arms back between Graham's legs - danger averted.
Graham could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Graham had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Aoror defends it easily.
Aoror has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Graham escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Aoror gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Aoror wants to clinch.

Graham looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Aoror tries to close the distance and clinch up but Graham swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Takorkor Aoror showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!



Aoror throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Graham tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Aoror is in Graham's guard.

Graham darts in looking for a takedown but Aoror gets double underhooks and turns Graham into the cage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Aoror wants to stand but Graham has his arm trapped.

Takorkor Aoror comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Aoror has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
