Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rodrick Riddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Siarzecki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stefan Siarzecki has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Rodrick Riddle's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Riddle pulls guard.

Siarzecki postures up in Riddle's guard and throws a big left but Riddle blocks it.
Siarzecki is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Riddle is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Siarzecki has eaten all the pies!

Siarzecki is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Riddle has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Riddle!

Riddle drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Riddle jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Siarzecki uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Riddle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Siarzecki as he jumps to the side.
Siarzecki steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Siarzecki gets caught napping as Riddle dives in and scores a takedown. Siarzecki manages to retain guard.

Siarzecki looking to control but Riddle passes into half guard.

Riddle is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Siarzecki is just riding it out for now. Riddle eventually gives up the hold.

Riddle is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Siarzecki has managed to free his arm - good work.

Riddle is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Siarzecki doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Riddle.

Rodrick Riddle is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A left and a right from Siarzecki both land. Nice combination.
Riddle shoots in but Siarzecki avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Siarzecki bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Riddle's guard.

Riddle will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Riddle throws some shots to the body, keeping his opponent honest.
Riddle manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Siarzecki manages to get himself to full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

A quick step to the side and Riddle tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Well Siarzecki has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
