Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jerome Carver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Irgam Rasec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carver's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ecw. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rasec pushes Carver up against the cage in a clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rasec is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Carver is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Carver is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Rasec has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Rasec has closed the distance and engaged Carver in a clinch.
The referee calls for Rasec to work.
Carver wants to break free but Rasec has control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Rasec manages to pull guard.
Carver is fighting to break Rasec's control of his arms but Rasec is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Rasec manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Carver manages to get himself to full guard.

Rasec passes Carver's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Rasec stands up and beckons Carver to join him on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Carver's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Despite the aggression on Rasec's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rasec is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Carver sees it coming and defends easily.
Carver knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rasec on the ground.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Irgam Rasec showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Carver throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Carver clinches up with Rasec and pushes him back against the cage.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Rasec looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Rasec is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Carver has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Rasec has control of Carver's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Carver regains control of the situation pretty easily.
