Red closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Guthrie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Red doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Red manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Guthrie might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Red tries to advance to mount but Guthrie denies him.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Red is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Guthrie's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Guthrie's back!

Red looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Red has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Guthrie is proving hard to escape from.

Red wants to stand and escape but instead Guthrie has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
