Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rocco Balboa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Bone!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bone lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Bone defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Balboa.
Bone has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Balboa is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Balboa drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Bone goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Balboa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bone pinned against the cage. Bone gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bone keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Bone! But no joy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocco Balboa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bone lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Balboa shoots in but Bone avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Balboa fails with an attempt to clinch.
Balboa misses with a wild combination.
Balboa seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Joe Bone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bone lands a head shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bone scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Bone is working for a submission of some sort.
Balboa is staying active underneath Bone, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bone is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Bone is trying for a kimura here. Balboa looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Bone wins by kimura!
