The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee scores with a nice head shot.

It looks like Ryan Tello has been cut.
Tello wants to clinch but Lee slips to the side
and Lee counters with a stiff right hand.

Lee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tello to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Tello wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.
Tello stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lee swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tello is one step ahead there.
Tello wants to stand and escape but instead Lee has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Lee lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Lee drops back looking for a leg! Tello is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tello manages to kick Lee off! Lee jumps back into Tello's guard.
Lee is pushing down on Tello's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tello is fighting to maintain full guard but Lee has managed to sneak the leg through.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tello is trying to stand back up but Lee is controlling him

Lee is working for a kimura but Tello is defending it quite comfortably.
Lee is looking to advance position but Tello won't allow it.

Tello is staying active underneath Lee, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Lee tries to pass to full mount but Tello defends it.

Lee is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Tello is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
