Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Worner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sly Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worner shoots in looking for a takedown but Guy manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Worner's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Worner on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Guy lands a head kick!
Worner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Guy pinned against the cage. Guy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Guy throws a nice outside leg kick.
Guy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Worner fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Guy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Guy throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Worner.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Worner is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Guy.
Worner fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Guy manages to avoid it.

Guy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Guy feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Worner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Guy lands a head kick. Worner smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Worner crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Guy - the referee stops the clock and Worner gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Guy. Worner manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well Guy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
