The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barnett looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Barnett working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Barnett is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ccccccc doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Barnett.

Ccccccc has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Barnett is working away from the top position though.
Barnett has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Barnett has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Ccccccc defend it? Barnett steps over the head and cranks it - Ccccccc is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Barnett!
