The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armo moves in looking to clinch but Metamoris pushes him off.
Metamoris has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Metamoris throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Armo was covering up waiting for the punch and Metamoris finishes the takedown easily into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Metamoris is looking to work some ground and pound but Armo has wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Metamoris postures up in Armo's guard and throws a big left but Armo blocks it.
Armo can't keep his opponent in guard - Metamoris advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Metamoris seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Armo is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
