Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarrett Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reg Wrecker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jarrett Rogers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Reg Wrecker!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Sergei Dronov and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wrecker gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wrecker tries to land a knee to the head but Rogers blocks with his arms.
Wrecker has a couple of punches blocked by Rogers.
Rogers is trying to pull guard but Wrecker turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

It looks like Jarrett Rogers has been cut.

Rogers is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Wrecker has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rogers is proving hard to escape from.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Wrecker takes the fight into the clinch.

Rogers turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Rogers manages to end up in side control.

Rogers swings around for an armbar but Wrecker sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Rogers's guard.

Reg Wrecker seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Wrecker throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Rogers blocks it with crossed arms.
Wrecker has Rogers pressed against the cage, preventing Rogers from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Rogers is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Wrecker pulls him back up using the underhooks.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wrecker lands an elbow that stopped Rogers in his tracks for a moment.
The referee is keeping an eye on Wrecker - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Wrecker is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Rogers is keeping busy.

Reg Wrecker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Wrecker rushes Rogers and presses him up against the cage.

Rogers jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wrecker walks away with a smile on his face. Rogers gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Rogers turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Wrecker takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Rogers has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Rogers is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wrecker is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Rogers is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Wrecker looks calm but he's in trouble here. Rogers gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Wrecker is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Rogers lets go of the hold and Wrecker can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jarrett Rogers!
