Ortega gets a clinch.
Ortega trying to control the position but instead, Penna has worked for underhooks and has pushed Ortega into the cage.
Ortega tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Penna just stands there and leans against the cage.
Ortega misses with the head strike.
Ortega is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Penna takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Penna continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
