Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attempt with a lazy takedown attempt

and Slaughter counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Slaughter.
Attempt fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Attempt managing to block the knees to the body from Slaughter.
Slaughter throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Attempt blocks it with crossed arms.
Attempt has Slaughter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Slaughter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for First Attempt. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Attempt is trying to pull guard but Slaughter has him pressed against the cage.
Attempt dodges an elbow strike from Slaughter.
Slaughter misses with a punch to the body.
Attempt is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Slaughter is keeping busy.

Slaughter turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Slaughter is working Attempt over with some ground and pound from side control.
Attempt is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Slaughter's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Attempt is looking for a sweep. Slaughter is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Slaughter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Attempt. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Slaughter got a little sloppy there for a moment and Attempt has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Slaughter has managed to get both his arms back between Attempt's legs - danger averted.

Slaughter looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Slaughter is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Attempt is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Slaughter is aware though and is defending well.

Slaughter content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Attempt has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Slaughter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Attempt has his feet on Slaughter's thighs here. He's pushed Slaughter off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Slaughter screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
