The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paciani scores with a jab to the head.

It looks like Brad Castro has been cut.
Paciani jabs Castro to the body, keeping him at a distance.
The fighters circling - Paciani throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Paciani rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Castro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Paciani swats away the attempt to clinch by Castro.
Alessio Paciani seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Paciani scores with the left hand. Castro knows he should have avoided that one.
Castro wants to clinch up but Paciani keeps it at a distance.
Castro tries to close the distance and clinch but Paciani swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Castro pushes Paciani up against the cage in a clinch.
Paciani presses Castro against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Paciani wants to break free but Castro has control.
Castro tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Castro looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Paciani lands a right hand that snaps the head of Castro backwards.

Castro is rocked!

Paciani breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Oh Castro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Paciani lands a big right hand that drops Castro! The killer instinct kicks in and Paciani finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Paciani!
