Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Chad had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wayne is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Chad Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wayne's back instead.

Chad has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Wayne's body.

Chad is taking a breather. Wayne says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
