Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alojz Černư (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vadim Kalashnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Černư comes to the cage accompanied by Czech Republic national anthem. Kalashnikov has chosen Leningrad Cowboys - Those Were The Days as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vadim Kalashnikov!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Černư looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Vadim Kalashnikov dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Černư has been working on his balance at Kings Gym, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Kalashnikov.

Černư closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Černư lands in his opponent's guard.

Černư stands and steps away. Kalashnikov gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Kalashnikov is rocked!
Černư creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Kalashnikov with a big uppercut! Kalashnikov tries to clinch up but Černư pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Kalashnikov to the mat! Kalashnikov covers up and Černư unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Alojz Černư!
Alojz Černư took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
