Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Finn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lassi Lambada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finn comes to the cage accompanied by Von Bondies - C'mon c'mon. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lambada throws a leg kick but Finn sees it coming and moves out of range.
Finn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lambada pushes Finn up against the cage in a clinch.
Finn pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Finn shoots in and bounces Lambada off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Lambada keeping moving, preventing Finn from controlling successfully.
Finn has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

and Finn counters with a left to the body.
Finn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lambada's guard.
Finn controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Finn is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lambada is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Finn is looking to work some ground and pound but Lambada has wrist control.

Donk. Lambada catches Finn right on the button with a cross.
A solid leg kick lands there for Finn.
Finn scores with the left hand. Lambada knows he should have avoided that one.

Lambada wants to clinch.
Finn shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lambada defends it nicely.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Finn is looking to wear down Lambada with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Lassi Lambada showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Lambada scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Finn shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lambada but Lambada pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Finn takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Finn dives in for a single leg takedown but Lambada sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

and Finn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Finn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lambada tries to avoid it but Finn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lambada to the ground. Lambada escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mickey Finn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Finn looks to score with a jab to the body but Lambada is just out of range.
Lambada motions for Finn to come forward. Lambada throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Finn drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lambada pulls his leg out and moves away.

Lambada lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

and Finn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Finn shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Lambada is looking to control Finn's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lambada avoid being mounted?

Finn unloads with some shots from mount but Lambada bucks and avoids them well.

Finn is stalling here. Lambada is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Finn seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Lambada has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

What's Finn going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mickey Finn.
I think Finn has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
