The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chudinov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Homicide defends well and Chudinov ends up having to push Homicide into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Homicide has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chudinov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Homicide as he jumps to the side.

Chudinov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Homicide swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Homicide working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chudinov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chudinov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Homicide has his foot on Chudinov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Chudinov works his way back into a safe position though.

Chudinov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Homicide's guard.
