Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lipe Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Banzai Bunji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bunji is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: One More Time. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Lipe Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Banzai Bunji!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos is looking to clinch.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bunji cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bunji is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Santos has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Santos!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Banzai Bunji comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bunji has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
