Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between The Tin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sniper One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Tin could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sniper One's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, The Tin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sniper One!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from One. Tin does a little dance to reset his feet.
One throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
One misses with a low kick.
Tin has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
One fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Tin scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Tin fails in his attempt to clinch.

Tin has managed to clinch.
Tin taking a breather.
A shot in the inside from Tin.
Tin misses with a hook from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tin misses with the head strike.
Tin content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Tin blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
The referee is keeping an eye on One - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A nice right hand lands inside from Tin.
Tin lands a hook that snaps the head of One backwards.
Tin gets through One's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
One is trying to push Tin away but Tin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The referee calls for One to work.
Tin just leaning against One, taking a breather.
Tin lands a right hand that snaps the head of One backwards.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
One tries to break free but Tin pushes him back against the cage.
One misses with a short punch on the inside.
Tin doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
One being controlled against the cage.

One manages to break the clinch.
One with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Tin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. One sees it coming and avoids it easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
One lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.


It looks like The Tin has been cut.
One swings for the body but Tin moves out of range.
One throws a body shot but no joy.
One scoring well with a low kick there.
Tin lands a head shot.
One scores with a hook to the body. Tin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
One throws a sloppy body shot
and Tin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tin takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
One is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Tin rather than just go for the knockout.
One swings and misses with a hook to the body.
One throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
One ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tin moves away.
One tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tin was well out of range. Poor timing from One.
Tin misses with a straight right.
Tin throws a body shot but no joy.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
One jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Tin throws the left hand but One avoids the punch easily.
One misses with a body kick.
A jab from Tin misses.
One looks to score with a jab to the body but Tin is just out of range.
One slips under a jab.
Tin takes a shot to the body in his stride.
One looks for the body kick but Tin saw that one coming.
Tin loads up on a big right hand but One slips the punch.
One scores with a jab to the body.
One bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
One lands a jab to Tin's midsection.
Tin is breathing heavily.
A shot to the liver by One. Beautiful body shot.
We've been informed that One has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Tin throws an off balance right hand
and One counters with a nice uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sniper One dominated that round.
The cut man is working on The Tin's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


One misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tin.
Tin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by One.
One defending well as Tin loads up on a big left hand.

Tin clinches up against the cage.
Tin stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
One can't break the clinch.

One pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
One connects with a body shot that sends Tin's belly button to the back.
A telegraphed right hand from Tin misses the target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
One throws a good cross that connects.
One lands with a good body shot.
One fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tin manages to avoid it.

One misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
One cracks a nice hook into Tin's ribs.
One jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.


Tin is rocked!
One seems to be stalking Tin here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Tin drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Sniper One!
