Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Young One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake LaMotta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaMotta has chosen Cavalleria Rusticana: Intermezzo as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Young One!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 37 - 23 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake LaMotta!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaMotta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. One tries to avoid it but LaMotta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag One to the ground. One escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
One stuffs the takedown attempt from LaMotta. LaMotta gets slowly back to his feet.
LaMotta takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
One buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
One pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
One connects with a good right hand that stumbles LaMotta. LaMotta circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
We've been told by One's head coaches at London MMA Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A nice leg kick lands there from One.

LaMotta has taken the fight to the clinch.
LaMotta takes an elbow to the forehead.
One lands a knee to the body.
One is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Young One has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake LaMotta.
One gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
LaMotta wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
LaMotta is looking for a takedown.
One scores with an uppercut up the middle.
One lands with a short shot to the head.

LaMotta is rocked!
One scores with a knee to the head.
LaMotta is still on wobbly legs! Can One finish him?

One gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from LaMotta.
One has LaMotta pressed against the cage. He pushes LaMotta back and as he springs towards him off the cage, One throws a beautiful elbow that sends LaMotta crashing to the floor! One piles on the pressure with more strikes! LaMotta is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
