Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nathanael Lowery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowery works Wilson's body with a nice hook.

Wilson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Wilson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Lowery is trying to get back to half guard.
Wilson lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Wilson wants to stand but Lowery is controlling his arm.
Lowery managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Wilson.
Lowery is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Wilson prevents Lowery from improving his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lowery regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Wilson.
Wilson tries to free his leg and advance position but Lowery is retaining full guard.

Wilson wants to pass the guard but Lowery is keeping the position.
Wilson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Wilson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lowery's guard.

Lowery is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Wilson defends well.

Wilson throws an elbow that misses. Lowery uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Wilson's guard. Nice move by Lowery!

Wilson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lowery controls the pace.

Wilson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lowery is controlling him.

Wilson has his foot on Lowery's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lowery works his way back into a safe position though.

Lowery tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wilson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Lowery gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wilson to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Wilson wants to pass the guard but Lowery is keeping the position.
