The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White connects with a crisp jab.
Stone throws an overhand right that lands on White's shoulder, as White tries to avoid the shot.
White shoots in but no luck this time.
White rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stone moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
White fails to land with a series of punches.
White misses with a takedown attempt - Stone sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
White throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
White scores with a hook to the body. Stone takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Stone cracks White with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

White lands with an overhand left.
White fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Reggie Stone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Freddy White.

Stone clinches up against the cage.
White wants to get back to striking at distance but Stone won't allow it.
Stone keeps control of White as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
White wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

White shoots in but Stone avoids the takedown attempt easily.
White fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stone circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from White.
White will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

White is bucking up trying to escape but Stone cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Stone cracks White with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stone throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
White is desperately trying to improve his position but Stone has a good base and remains in mount.

White manages to get to full guard.
Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but White is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

White looking for a guillotine here but Stone defends easily.
White looking to hit a scissor sweep but Stone is one step ahead there.

White escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stone gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Stone wants to pass the guard but White is keeping the position.

White looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Stone puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
White moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Stone postures up in White's guard and throws a big left but White blocks it.
Stone working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

White looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Reggie Stone will probably get the nod.

Stone is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but White has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Stone is looking to defend but White has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Stone! White pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Stone taps out and this one is all over!
